· Please read the form thoroughly and fill it out carefully, as it will not be possible to edit it once it has been submitted.

· Please note that the event will be on-site only = it will not be broadcasted.



Poster evaluation results will be emailed approximately 1-2 weeks after submission.

Due to the limited number of poster spaces, they will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after review.

Poster application deadline February 28th.



Registrations are finalized only after we receive the registration fee via credit card payment :

· Tutorials only – 200€
· Conference only – 150€
· Tutorials + Conference – 325€
· sEEG Super Social Surprise (March 20) – 20€
